
Recycling in Whitman
Whitman has a weekly automated curbside recycling and trash program. Recycling is mandatory.
Do not bag recyclables. Whitman collects clean paper, flattened cardboard, and clean bottles, jars and rigid containers. Make sure you are recycling the right way. Recycling carts containing nonrecyclable items, such as plastic bags, liquids, or tanglers, may not be collected.
