The basics of recycling are common to all our Member Towns, however, each Town has specific requirements.

>> Plymouth Recycling Guide

In an effort to better serve Plymouth residents, due to abrupt changes in the recyclables market, an important change is coming to the Town’s Manomet Transfer Station. Effective April 2, 2018, The Town will require glass to be separated from the commingled (tin, plastic, steel & aluminum) material brought into the Transfer Station. A separate container for the disposal of glass will be labeled as such and made available for this purpose. A message board has been placed at the Transfer Station as well alerting residents of this change.

For more information on the scheduled change, please contact the Department of Public Works at (508) 830-4162, extension 100. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter.
